LUXURY YOGA AND MIND DETOX RETREAT IN KAZBEGI

Georgia is a country rich in history, traditions and friendship. At the crossroads of Europe and Asia, it is a land of contrasts, an intoxicating mixture of eastern and western influences, spiked with soviet style strangeness and throes of renaissance, ambitious with new landmarks and transforming city escape.
Let us guide you to the country where legendary stories of Medea and Argonauts unfold, where the first human civilization outside of Africa was settled, where Christianity was adopted in early IV century and winemaking has been practiced for over 8,000 years. If you ever wondered why people have been falling in love with Georgia since the beginning of time  visit ancient cave towns, hear folk stories expressed with polyphonic songs and traditional dances, admire architecture of centuries-old castles, fortresses and churches scattered all around the country

MIND DETOX RETREAT  takes place in Kazbegi, Georgia. It's a valley town with the famous hilltop silhouette of Trinity Church and the towering snowy peak of Mt Kazbegi looking down on it.  Now officially named Stepantsminda, but still commonly known as Kazbegi it's a base for some wonderful hiking and mountain-biking trails. It would be impossible for anyone to visit this area of Georgia without feeling overwhelmed by both nature and history combined.

As you drive along the Georgian Military Highway, it is surely worth visiting the scenic ensemble of Ananuri Fortress of XVII century located by the Aragvi River. The complex is on the UNESCO Tentative list. Within the framework of the program you are also given the opportunity to visit Unesco Protected site of Mtskheta. The historic churches of Mtskheta, former capital of Georgia, are outstanding examples of medieval religious architecture in the Caucasus. They show the high artistic and cultural level attained by this ancient kingdom.

We have chosen this place because of it's authentic Georgian atmosphere, it's relaxing & completely immersing energy! Dive deep into the Beautiful Unknown!  Its setting supports the feeling of getting away from your busy life!

And of course there is no trip in Georgia complete without a visit to Tbilisi - most unique capital in the world. Tbilisi feels European, medieval and completely foreign all at once, it seems to change after each and every quarter, leaving you amazed and inspired.

Perhaps Europe’s final bastion situated at the juncture of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, steeped in mystery and romance, myths and legends, where Jason found the Golden Fleece, Prometheus was chained to Mt Kazbegi after he stole fire from the Gods, and the fearless Amazon women tribe lived beside the Tergi (Terek) River – this is certainly a remote land you will want to delve into and explore.  (-RoughGuide)
